Team-Sphere

A collective artwork created from the dynamics of your event.

Team-Sphere transforms the shared dynamics of an event into a visual artwork.

During the event, subtle measurement systems capture signals and collective activity in the room — without interrupting the program.

Overnight, these signals are translated into a unique visual composition.

The next day, the result appears as a collective artwork — and each participant receives their own Fine-Art print created from the shared moment.

Led by award-winning artist Chris Tille, Team-Sphere connects art, technology, and human presence in a unique corporate experience.

The visible force of a team.

Every team generates a unique dynamic — a mixture of attention, presence, exchange, and shared focus.

Team-Sphere captures these subtle signals during an event and translates them into a visual form.

From this collective activity emerges a powerful black-and-white artwork: expressive, energetic, and deeply connected to the moment it was created.

What is usually invisible — the shared rhythm of a group — becomes visible.

From event to artwork.

Team-Sphere turns a business event into a collective creative process.

Participants do not simply attend the event — they become part of the artwork.

The resulting image reflects the shared moment: the atmosphere in the room, the collective focus, and the energy of the team.

Each piece becomes a lasting symbol of the experience — a visual memory of a moment created together.

The process - simple, seamless, impactful.

During the event, discreet measurement cycles run in the background.

The system captures signals and collective dynamics in the room without interrupting the existing program.

The collected data are analyzed and translated overnight into a visual composition.

The next day, the artwork is revealed.

Each participant receives a hand-signed Fine-Art print — a personal piece of the shared experience.

For companies, a large-scale statement artwork or digital version can also be produced.

A glimpse behind the process.

If desired, Chris Tille briefly introduces the artistic and conceptual background of Team-Sphere during the event.

In a short and engaging moment, the audience learns how the signals are captured and how the transformation into an artwork takes place.

This creates an intuitive understanding of the process — turning collective dynamics into a shared artistic experience.

The artwork continues beyond the event.

Team-Sphere does not end with the event.

The resulting artworks remain as a visible trace of the shared experience.

Placed within an office or workspace, the piece becomes a reminder of what brought the team together — collaboration, creativity, and shared focus.

The artwork carries the energy of the event into everyday working life.

Team-Sphere: Chromatic

A collective artwork formed through measurable chromatic states.

At the beginning of the event, each participant is individually measured through light at a dedicated measurement station.

These measurements are translated into distinct chromatic states within a shared field.

As the measured states enter the system, they begin to influence scale, density, movement, and spatial behavior within the composition.

What emerges is not a designed image, but a living chromatic structure generated from measurable relationships between color states.

Overnight, the captured data is processed and developed into a final visual work.

Each participant can receive an individual artwork derived from this shared field.

Inside the system

Each participant contributes a unique set of measured light values to the field.

These values do not produce static points or fixed colors.
They define behavior within the system.

Some chromatic states expand aggressively through the image.
Others compress, dissolve, overlap, or create dense areas of tension and depth.

Additional clusters and atmospheric layers transform the measurements into a continuous visual field rather than a collection of individual elements.

The final work is not illustrated or manually arranged.

It is generated from the interaction of measured chromatic parameters translated into color, scale, movement, and spatial force.
